well this gets into realms of modeling and stuff i can't even begin to understand... possibly a hidden layer in the model so that the skinned part is regular size but there's clear "bighead" around it? aside from that possibility i'd say allow since it isn't technically bighead, but if that happens to be the case, or there's any other odds-altering element to the model, then keep the ban

Nightma knows a bit about how biatch works and i trust his statement that you have to kill someone in the bighead region for it to detect it... therefore implying A: the model he was shooting at had to actually have an enlarged head, and B: he actually had to kill someone

He fired one shot however... It is definetly possible that this model has an 'invisable' head around the smaller head - i just went into 1 player LAN and bought a havoc, went to third person to take a look.

Well, if what I am reading is right. You have to kill someone with Bh before Biatch detects it?
If thats the case and he was banned for Bh, there must have been something else going on completely different from the file he had.

In my opinion, keep the ban. Ive seen something like this before. Anyone spend time in Xphaze? A while back, before Biatch was out there was an admin in the server(Xian). Everyone knew him, liked him and would burn in hell defending the guy saying he didnt cheat. sh*t, i liked the guy and he helped me a lot modifying servers. Guess what? The dirty b*tch got caught for cheats. He got caught by another admin(Matty3k10, if anyone knows him...that guy can manipulate renegade to do whatever he wants.)

So all in all, what you think you know about someone shouldnt count for sh*t.

Another thing to consider is the fact that our server has done so well recently even though there are a few larger servers listed above us. And I think that is because we have more 'fair' mods and rules. That being said, when BIATCH auto-detects something and BI tells me that there is 0% chance for it to be a false positive, I don't care what the excuse is: banned.

So coming back to this topic yet again: it upsets me to see a new and enthusiastic member of the community get caught, but I trust BIATCH and BI more than I do anyone else right now. like ArtOfRuin said: you just never know.

Quite honestly, though, if he removed this file and was allowed to stay (unbanned) its not like he could just throw it back up and cheat with it again. So I think all evidence considered Lee needs to make a decision and that will be that. I'm neutral.

The only time ive seen biatch make a mistake was with me. I tried joining a game while my hp updates were running and i didnt see it so I had a massive lag spike. I hit a pt and ran into the middle of the base and I warpped back, for some reason biatch went off and banned me for pt haxs. The owner looked at it and sidded with me

Im made a reference as to the only time in history that I can think of biatch being wrong. Even that, how Biatch detects pt and Bh are a little different. There is a threshold of where Biatch will ban someone pt hacks and in some cases it will ban because of lag. Bh has nothing to do with that.

I side with flooded on this one, not like it counts for much. If biatch gets you for any kind of bh then that should be it. If you had files in your folder you were unawar about, tough luck i suppose.

erm... bans appeals are decided by the admins and moderators of the server where the "offense" occured... this is our call... but thanks for your "contribution" anyway

I don't have the greatest knowledge of this kind of stuff (I've never used skins) but based on what this looks like from what I've seen so far, I'll put in my two cents.. Check the source.. If it does not anywhere say the size of any parts are modified (or anything of similar meaning) then allow him this once.. However Inforce a new rule & advertise it. I believe there are official skins (other than the original)?? maybe from different servers, etc.. The new rule (along with skin rules already in place): No "unofficial" skins.. or if there is no "official skins," say the skins have to be pre-approved by tsu, and when we find sources of bad ones, have a skin ban list.. and have in the tsu archives a selection of our own skins for players to choose from also.. this way there wont be anymore "invisible big head"..

unless it's more complicated than that..

This situation seems accidental.. and if Lee knows the guy very well he should know wether this was intentional or not..
