alright here's my stand, based on these logs
things i think deserve a warn (for subject player) are marked with an asterisk (*)
things i think rival f*cked up are marked with a tilde (~)

(~)A. he was never warned against racism before the first !warn
(*)B. He did !noob abuse
(~)C. If a player legitimately thinks a moderator is f*cking up, i approve of them using !votekick against you. He didn't spam it, not abuse in my opinion. We are not immune, don't fool yourself into thinking so.
(*)D. He did have a second set of racial slurs, so yes this one would deserve a warn
(~)E. Complete lack of any documentation in the !qkick
(~)F. RIVAL appears to completely ignore the cheat accusation which is of a higher priority

All in all, that's 4 f*ck ups for RIVAL and only 2 legitimate warns i see for blkhand13.
Stop being so trigger happy with your damn commands and don't believe modship gives you any immunity. Especially when you handle situations like this. Learn the protocol and show some class.
