Well, this guy claimed he only spoke Portuguese, so I grabbed an online translator and started trading, but he responded completely different, and was obviously not fluent in the language. He wouldn't do anything, and just kept saying "We ba able to" in Portuguese. Then he just left.

same i was in a stank. im on that hill on tib right... Hes at the the harv and starts fireing with a gunner and hits me then. 15 mins later he chases me down with med he know right were i was 15 mins later

me and half of SFE have been stalking this guy at least a week.. trying to catch a decent frap of him.. I knew he was doin something, but couldn't put my finger on it.. If he had rgh, he wasn't using shift.. Glad he's finally gone.. he had 3 warnings anyway, lol Great job killer!!

Just clearing something up if anyone has gone off-track... he was banned for not taking a test, not for cheating, though he was suspected of it.
