And his ISP has been contacted. He's violated his terms of service and I proved that in five different ways. I'm quite sure they'll turn him off, if not give him a warning.

And I'm pretty sure this is a child. No adult (even one that was as racist and angry as this person) would go out of their way to do some of the blatantly immature things that they did. So I hope his parents get a nice phone call from TDS Internet Services. lol

you should maybe yell at someone over the phone to get better results .. I thought it was suspicious.. Igotanewip asking me about his "friend" eoesf1cj122's ban.. that was rediculous.. what a fruit.. I even took a ss to post the dumb name to check it out, but Fl00d was 547 steps ahead of me

I did call his ISP. That was the first thing I did. And then they asked me to email abuse@ (which I did). But that was yesterday. And then this happened today so I sent a 2nd email that was a little more firm (and also proving that he was being immature by knowingly dodging around IPs).

Worse case scenario is that his ISP is retarded/incompetent and doesn't terminate his service. In which case I could either pursue it as a legal matter (less likely) or just ban his entire ISP (more likely, since its a small ISP).

We contacted our customer about this matter on 12/31/2007

There are other details, but I think that was the most relevant at this point. Obviously he (or his parents) were contacted and given a slap on the wrist, but he's still trying to ban evade.

If he's seen on any TsuGaming server: ban on sight. Regardless of IP or 'improved behavior'.

If he apologizes, then I may reconsider. But I don't have time to deal with another ignorant child.

Sounds like he is in fact a kid, and that the ISP contacted his parents. At least that's what I'm guessing from his post.

eoe: Normally when someone does the things that you did we don't make that big of a deal out of it. But then you came into IRC and started spamming/flooding and then took it further by making threats of violence and sending me personal email. The only way we had to make our point was to contact your ISP.

Let this be a warning to others: I don't bluff.
