it is a feature built in to NR, it doesnt announce that they have been warned. and it warns for "n**ger" and "nigga"

Tsunami has no foul language policy, which is why the censor function is off on the AOW

for the most part, we let people say what they want, including the n-bomb, so long as no ingame player finds it openly offensive, or it is blatantly aimed at harming another individual
in such cases, warns would be the punishment of choice

ergo, none of the "Automatic" warns NR gave to this person (based on logs) were warranted by that rule of thumb, and personally I feel the ban should be removed and the censor function (has been) turned off

the only reason why i would support a full ban is because of how he goes about saying racist words... hes saying them as attacks on other players, certainly not what is allowed. he also is racist against not only blacks, but jews, and asians, all of which was after he asked if you could say n**ger in the server. although i do somewhat agree with your point of view, this is what my main problem with this is...
