Froggy isn't a mod, nor has the training and experience that we have. So his opinion on the matter doesn't really count.

Again: for all you skeptics of our "wait for it....." policy on cheaters----> We do it so that we have proof. If you don't have proof, then its your word against theirs. And in todays ReneDrama filled world, no one could give a sh*t less about what you think about 'who cheats' outside of their own community. Proof is the currency of good moderators.
