i dont think "grow up and leave" is a nice thing to say.

you could also put it this way..
I had the balls to stand up and apologize.. maybe i was a little harsh on raul .. but .. still i gave my apology.. and i am sorry for the back lash of what happened. and i have said that on the forums of the comunities affected.. but i mostly get people quoting toher people saying "u suck hacker..." and not paying attention to my appology or the story behind it.
