This guy killed me from pretty far away when i had a SBH suit on and was getting good shots on me with a volt gun
So i asked him for a test but he was complainin like a b*tch so i went into irc
He Said he didn't know how to do this
then he said he didn't know how to use paint and such
then the game ended

here r my logs but Medici or someone might have more

Please check the log from when he joined the game, to see his scripts :-)

Probably just had default script like me, so he can see you fine when you catch the SBH suit.

based on this info and the the lack of using !pannounce (see new rule) (i didnt see it in your logs anyway) I think there should be no ban.

1. I think you overdid it a little with the stfu's
2. we don't know wat scripts he had.
3. He refused to comply with the test.

SO before a final decision is made i wanna see the rest of the irc logs.

ok since this situation was not handled well in terms of conducting a test formally therefore he shall unbanned.

Ok, I think its time we come to a decision, just like my44mag's case... It is very possible this guy had no scripts, so he can then see anyone with a stealth suit on. If the moderator asking for a test is testing for the SBH reveal skins, when we KNOW (pending on what scripts he has) he can see you. But he refused this test, and we ban for failure to test, but can we ban when we see something like this? JW

did he actually do the !pannounce?? I didn't see it looking twice now, and crazy said "it didn't work" is it in the logs at all or what?? IF that rule I linked in my first post here is going to be inforced the way I believe it was origionally intended.. then you cannot ban him.

he meant me lol.. me and joaorp used to sorta play together a year or so ago when he was still a mod at tsu, he helped teach me to snipe better..

it wont be for a while.. i seriously don't know when.. everytime I think I'm gonna the comp my friend promised me for a cheap price.. he decides to back out again.. I'm done negotiating with him.. I'm going to be getting a car (don't know what yet) in about a month, so I need to save $ 4 that..

Lets get back on topic though.. has a verdict been reached?

A verdict was reached a long time ago, obviously no-one can understand Ace's post.

He's not guilty in our opinion, and can be forgiven for acting how he did in the test considering Crazyme isn't the most eloquent of people.

However whether !pannounce was used or not has no bearing, !pannounce only needs to be used when the player does not respond to a test request.
