Xfire + Ren = Fail.

So basically, my xfire stopped taking ss for like 2 months now, now its not even clocking game time or showing me playing ren. I'm using 2.9 and didnt patch xfire for dx9 ren. Wtf?

Did you install RG? Even if you don't USE RG you still have to modify Xfire to let it know that Renegade is now game2.exe instead of game.exe, and you have to modify it each and every time Xfire is updated. Yay for RG >.<

Or just delete RG game.exe and rename game2.exe back to game.exe....

i have 2.9.2 scripts no rg and my xfire works fine with it

I went in and tweaked a few settings in the .cfg, looks like a couple of them had wrong .exe's listed

but I stopped using RG before I ever heard of Xfire, but yah, basically what he said and also checked valuse for ren in the games cgf for the right dx setting

it didnt work anyway, im gonna try another clean install of xfire.
