biatch detects tweaked damages, he was using the same damage but with rof on his repair gun.

It should detect it if you try to repair a building I think, and yes it would detect the traditional repair hack because that's basically a damage hack.

ROF isn't detected automatically unless you do a few specific things (Which I'm not going to publically reveal in case cheaters are reading this looking for ideas). But usually ROF is pretty obvious.
Comparison: (simple analogy; not precise)
No Cheats --> Damage hack --> Rate-Of-Fire
Damage: 100 bullets x 1 damage = 100 damage (100 shots fired) --> 1 bullet x 100 damage = 100 damage (1 shot fired) --> 100 bullets x 1 damage = 100 damage (1 shot fired)
Repair: 100 bullets x -1 damage = -100 damage (100 shots fired) --> 1 bullet x -100 damage = -100 damage (1 shot fired) --> 100 bullets x -1 damage = -100 damage (1 shot fired)
I don't know how much sense that actually made for many of you (and its not the best example), but it shows three different ways to deal the same amount of damage (or repair, which is just the opposite type of 'damage').
With Damage Hack cheat you're increasing the amount of damage done per shot. So BIATCH can pick up on the warhead multiplier.
With ROF (Rate-of-Fire) cheat you're increasing the # of bullets that come out of your gun per second, but they have normal damage multipliers. So BIATCH sees the normal damage multipliers and says "they look normal" and doesn't flag as cheating. Even though there were 100 bullets shot in 1 second rather than over the course of 10 seconds or whatever it would normally take.
So in many regards, Damage Hack and ROF look similar when you see someone use them in game, but one of them is able to get by BIATCH while the other isn't. The disadvantage of ROF, however, is that it can be pretty hard to use properly and keep undetected.
