As such, I'd like to welcome two new members (first-timers) to the Council:
- Medici - C&C:Renegade Manager
- Spurs - Clan Manager

Throughout this next week, I will be doing some 1-on-1 training with the two new Council members, followed by a Council meeting over the coming weekend. By the weekend, I plan to have this new leadership structure solid and fully engaged. And then I, myself, can focus on the parent company which owns TsuGaming so this community can really start to grow.
If you are a gaming community owner, clan owner, or play an important role in a community or clan -- this is the perfect time to get involved. We're actively searching for qualified game managers for a variety of games. If you can prove your knowledge of the game, and have the time to invest in developing that game in this community, the job will be yours. And within the constraints of our democratic leadership structure you will have full authority over your subcommunity.
This is a very exciting time for Tsunami Gaming! Between growing influence, a larger base of friends, more active teamspeak and forums, and of course the backing of a full blown hosting company - we are looking to triple, if not quadruple, our size in the coming year!
