I was talkin to medici about this the other night and he told me there wasnt one.
Is there a way we can get an updated ladder for recs like there is for the actual point ladder?

um, this could actually be a bad idea, for example recs dont get reset, so the people who have played for longer would always be at the top of the ladder

Anyway, yes - there is obviously a rec ladder. However, it is not outputting properly (NR bug) so it was disabled. Nightma12 will have to address this issue himself.
