New forum layout

I have done some yearly reorganization (as I normally do 1 or 2 (or 3 or 4 or 5...) times per year).

The goal of this reorganization was to group similiar forums without merging or nesting too much. I think the result was a success. Feel free to post in this topic or the Feedback section if you disagree or have suggestions.

Please let me know of any permission errors, forum description errors, or other major problems you find so I can fix them. I went through each forum myself and tested it, and other than a few missing forum logos/images everything seems to be working great.

Most noteable changes:

• The Hangout is now under the 'Discussions' subcategory
• The C&C:Renegade section of the forums (numerous categories and forums) is now under the 'Sub-Community Forums' category.

I like the new layout. The TsuFiles Section was always super long when i wanna scroll under it. I like that change. Overall, It's just tidier and i like it.

its not to bad, think renegade should have its own area though instead of sub forums.

That sort of forum has been a hot discussion since TsuGaming has been around. But I figured the current layout is most appropriate since this site is NOT about Renegade. it just happens to be a popular game in this community. We show no bias to any one game.
