We don't have anyone that knows how to properly manage it, fix bugs, code an integrated website/registration server, etc. Not to mention we only have like 5 active people that would play on it.

I have a 100 member guild thats interested. If it cant be supported and you dont have trust in the people that ask for the server to manage it. Then you should take it off the list.

It's on the list in case anyone with knowledge of running one wanted to host it. -_-

If you had 100 people playing on it instantly and took full responsibility for doing all of the patches and bug work (a LOT of very hard technical work) ... then I'd consider it, under those two conditions.

You can start by getting them involved in the community. ie. WoW discussions. Hangout. Etc.
