Yeah ive had problems with this to when i was an access 3, trying to do a test but an admin (wont gve names) and an access 2 kept screweing around and !de0wn ing me and shooting me and the suspected cheater, but of course i couldnt !warn, !de0wn, or !qkick the higher mod lvl.. and ASKING them to cut it out never worked
