Heres what intend to change:

- Spawn as a random character (weapons will be the same, yourll just look different ;))

----OR-----

-When you join you get assigned a character... you are ALWAYS this character for the duration of the game.

eg.. one game you would be sydney... one game you would a dinosaur... another game you might be havoc.

EXTRA: Perhaps if we did this idea... we could make it so that you can never have 2 havocs... or 2 sakuras ingame at once?


People holding the Swine Flu vaccine could possible be changed into the chicken model? (small and hard to hit) - perhaps we could even rename the server Bird Flu, and if you currently have bird flu your character model changes to the chicken? (health etc will be the same - so it wont be overpowered like it is on)





- Everyone must be on team GDI *NOT* neutral. - Do this and enable friendly fire.


- Fix the radar code so that the person with the swine flu will ALWAYS appear on radar


-Make purchase terminals not work.

-Make maps smaller. Perhaps i could use the mutation maps?




And for finishing touches:

Winner is first to get to x points (rather than the crappy 10 min time limit) - and you can ONLY get points from holding the swine flu. - This would be announced by NR and recorded. SwineFlu recs will be given out to the winner.



Any other ideas people? :) I want to get a strong Todo list before i start working on the mod.

i like this but i want the random spawn as random character but only one character type in game at a time but also include the nod soldiers and characters just make them all on GDI

I wasnt planning to do that no... should i?

The idea is, the person WITH the swine flu gets the weapon and health upgrades.


Ive just updated it to move everyone to GDI rather than team 0wn3d.

Ive also enabled friendly fire.

Lets see how it plays now :)

EDIT: Ive also done up the map complex as well as field *cough*copy pasted it from mutation*cough*

Lets see how both maps play now :D

Uploading new patch in a minute.

- Bot now shuts up when no players ingame.

- You no longer get a stream of points when holding the DNA if your the only person ingame.

Ive just been fiddleing around with this.

Ive now made the following changes:

All players are on team GDI.

Person with DNA is team NOD.

Friendly fire is enabled so you can all fight like hell over the DNA when you get near it xD

This now fixes the problem where people just shoot each other "beacuse they dont know how to play" - hopefully things should be MUCH MUCH simpler now! :D


Can some of you get some games going in the server now? Invite people to come and play :) I need to know how it plays in the current condition :fu:

Played with Darkdarr

Needs the person with the disease to have special weapons, regenerate health, things that used to be on there.

Also needs the things you said it needs, love the nod/gdi thing

A few random weapon spawns would be nice (good weapon spawns being in the "lucky spawns" like in mutation) and having a little differentiation in maps would be nice, so players have to adapt to the server instead of make an easy change between the two :sarcastic:

Also the random characters would be a very unique touch to it, no two characters being alike, so that you can tell who you want to kill :pilot:
