WebSite Reporting help plz & Renstat error 13

OK i would like to use this
But there is nowhere that tells me how to set this up, as in the rec stuff.
1 the website in the 2nd pic takes you to a pr0n site ;q.
2 how do i set up my sql database for this?
I get these errors?

OK and for the RenStats i have it installed to C:\Westwood\NightRegulator\RenStat, but it gives me a runtime error 13, how do i fix this?

rec ladder path is blank.. lol

and the database is mySQL - who is your webhost? You usually have to set it up with them

and also run time error 13 is no use to me.. i need to know what it says underneath the number.

1. My web host is Bravenet through Darth3369
2.what you mean rec ladder path blank? do i need to up load a rec and ladder html file to my ftp?
3. i reinstalled my server and renstat and i no longer get run time error 13
