Sniper only in NR

I have the Sniper only settings which will turn off base defensives etc. but when i drop it in Nr or FDS it doesnt work any suggestions? does anyone have the dll files withouut doing a renguard update i can add to hear music etc on the server?

why not? What does NR/say do? and renguard update? What are you on about?
