There have been some heavy discussions going on in the background since I've stepped away from TsuGaming.com about how things should be run. Since I'm still involved in TGN as a whole, I thought I would take the time to present the issue at hand to our active users on TsuGaming.com.

I would like to know how you guys feel about the following issue:

MULTI-SITE LINKING
We have a few options regarding multi-site linking. We can go all out and continue to spend time developing custom solutions that are ideal for what we envision for the network. Something like this is not out there already (for any CMS/forum system). There are things that come close, but don't have what we want. We could also separate the sites and do a crude user hack that would allow you to have the same login for all websites, but they would effectively be separate sites that advertise eachother. We could also keep one huge forum and have each site simply redirect to this huge forum that is used for all sites (what we have now). And the lowest option is to simply separate all sites without sharing user databases. Right now we are leaning towards sticking to our goal of building a custom backend.

Note: we want everyone's opinion. But we do ask that your opinion have some sort of constructive value. If you don't know what you're talking about, don't go proposing wild solutions that may not be practical or even possible.
