Re: Forum/Template Update
I just prefer my way; it's what I've always done, but each to their own. I just would have thought that if you always use the 'active topics' button you'll know where it is and so it doesn't matter how small it is. If you know what to look for you'll find it; it's not exactly hidden.
As for the resolution issue, I think it was raised a while back and it's something to do with fl00d3d's monitor configuration. I just updated my screen so there's no problem here, but I do run my browser in a relatively small window so I have that overlap in your screenshot. Is that the only issue there is with a lower resolution? Because I don't think that's a very big thing.

Re: Forum/Template Update
85.1% use a resolution ABOVE 1024x768. That's a pretty significant number. So in other words, anyone who uses 1024x768 or below (or you could probably even argue anyone close to that resolution) is SOL. As I'm sure you're aware, the Xtreme template right now is stretching (other than the banner which was originally created at a fixed width, namely due to the flash object). So while you may be experiencing that overlap at your resolution, it's perfectly fine for most people. If it bothers you that much I would increase your resolution. Your screen resolution of 1280x768 is pretty uncommon.

Except it still overlaps at 1280x###. If you combine the percentages of all resolutions of 1280x### and below you get to more than 45% of internet users. So your saying almost half the internet is SOL. Nice.fl00d3d wrote:85.1% use a resolution ABOVE 1024x768. That's a pretty significant number. Also, 1280x### is a *very* common resolution for laptops...
Re: Forum/Template Update
With all this time spent debating screen resolutions it could have been fixed. You and I both don't have that much time in our lives to work on this so I don't know why there's so much pressure on me to urgently fix something that is nothing more than an annoyance. :/
