Since this is such short notice I will not make it mandatory, though I would really appreciate sincere effort by all senior staff to be there.

The point of this meeting is for me to quickly catch up with staff members to see if there are any issues and to discuss some future projects/expansion with key members.
If you know for sure that you will not be able to make it, please post in this topic the latest news and information related to you role in the community; including any pros and cons (progress/setbacks) you've faced. Also, if your name is mentioned and you are not currently a staff member -- and you know you won't be able to make it to the meeting -- please post your interest and plans for new subcommunities or the job you'd like to have.
This is pretty important stuff because after I establish this next round of growth I probably won't permit any growth for a short while (so that we can become stable in what we already have first).
