This happened one day, how do I make it so that I can have the command bar, and the other things back.

Looks to me like it just glitched/lagged.. and yeah, did you try a reboot? :/

Double-click near the edge. You can make it look the same by double-clicking in the same area.

Amazing that we have so many people with XP around here that know very little about XP itself (such as in this case).

Yeah i felt like a noob when it first happened to me. I kept clicking everywhere and it magically worked.
