Another one in the CCTF refusing to test. I faced this guy's basic soldier with the 1 shot noobjets. I see the tracer miss me and my health stay put but then after the miss I still die in a short enough time that he wouldnt have reloaded by then. I figure its probably nothing but a ss for scope mode only takes a second. He blatanly refused, even after Hilary logs in to show him he can and will be banned.
