Instead of doing monthly interviews, we will be doing seasonal interviews (quarterly). This means that we will have one spotlight gamer for every 3 months (instead of every month).
The reason for this change is two-fold:
- The administration is way too busy managing a growing community to stay on top of regular interviews and make all changes to the forum system (including permissions/rank titles/etc) and formatting of interviews. This will help make interviews a little longer, higher quality, and easier to manage.
- The value of being selected increases since the frequency of selection has been decreased. Many of our spotlight gamers don't get the attention we feel they deserve, and in many cases, reason#1 inhibits a full period of being in the spotlight as intended.
