Ok i am making a server for my clan and when it loads it says " Registering dll files " and then that gets done and now it says " NightRegulator Is Loading " But Then A Thing pops up saying " DLL Inconsistancy Error! "

Hello, I need some help I just got NightRegulator 3.4. And my clan asked me to be the host of our snipe server so yes. Ok this is the error I have, I just reported this but on my computer is showing you guys deleted my report.
This is what is says
"Registering dll files "
"NightRegulator is loading"
DLL Inconsistancy Error!"

I did say download it again but i tryed it and now it is saying something like " Your FDS Directory Is In The Wrong Place " So Dont Re- Download it!

I Think I Found Your Problem, You Downloaded NightRegulator Before 
And You Deleted It For Some Reason Now You Have To Restore Your Computer Back To When You Deleted It, But You Emailed Me And You Said You Do Not Know How To Restore So Ask Someone

Are you trying to use a plugin?
Try running Register.exe in NR dir

Well that " Register.exe " Did not work. Shall I Try To Download it again like sup2000 was saying?
