A few layout changes

Some of you may have noticed the slight structural changes to the layout of the forums and its categories.

The three main changes are:

• The 'GENERAL' category has been renamed to 'HEADQUARTERS'
• A new forum ('Social Networking') has been added to help members connect with their gamer friends
• A new category ('SUB-COMMUNITIES') has been created to contain Renegade, UT3, and NightRegulator (independent/3rd party subcommunities that are a part of TGN)

If you notice any spelling errors, grammatical errors, or permission errors, please let me know. Otherwise enjoy the new setup!

Anyway, just an FYI: To reduce the number of smilies on the posting page go to

ACP > Posting > Messages > Smilies

And edit each smilie, theres a setting (Display on posting page) for whether it should be shown on the posting page or not. Just turn off all but the most frequently used ones and the rest will be shown on the 'Show more smilies' (or w/e it's called) link.

Thank you for bringing the permission issue to my attention. I'll look into it.

The smiles thing was intentional, but I agree there are a bit too many.
